Mission Statement

The Junior Service League of DeLand is non-profit charitable organization of women that has been committed to the improvement of our community through effective volunteerism and fundraising for over 80 years. We are active, dedicated women who are pledged to making a difference in our community by reaching out to those the most in need and educating ourselves regarding community issues and leadership.


Purpose

The purpose of this league shall be to foster interest among its members in the social, economic, educational, cultural and civic conditions of the community, and to make efficient their volunteer service.
